Contract Type: Permanent – Part Time


The right Executive Assistant can really transform a business. The CEO can’t make sure every minute of their day is spent developing the business if they’re worried about booking hotels and dealing with queries. The Chief Operating Officer can’t be focusing on making sure our settings run smoothly if they’re distracted by creating reports and presentations for meetings. The Chief Finance Officer can’t spend time developing our financial strategy if they have to worry about arranging meetings and answering sales emails. As an Executive Assistant, you’ll make sure they can focus on what they need to.

A day in the life of an Executive Assistant will involve:

  • Providing high quality support to the Executive Directors allowing them to focus on delivering core strategic direction. This may vary from organising travel and accommodation, supporting with events and organising away days, and making purchases and processing invoices.
  • Organising, planning and preparing key business meetings alongside minute taking and action log maintenance. This includes collating reports and other key documentation in preparation for meetings or wider business reporting.
  • Administrative support, including the maintenance of key records and documents, mailboxes and other correspondence as required.
  • Ensuring guests are provided with a professional and welcome environment.
  • Providing coordination and administration for Data Protection / GDPR matters.


To be a successful Executive Assistant, you’ll need:

  • Experience supporting senior leaders in a similar role.
  • Great IT skills with the ability to confidently and competently collate reports within Excel, Word and PowerPoint, amongst other applications.
  • A keen eye for detail, with a high level of literacy.
  • A confident and positive personality.


In return for your time, you’ll get:
