We are working with a brand new Salesforce Partner ready to embark on a hyper-growth moment. They are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead to join their fast growing team which contains some of the best Salesforce minds in the industry.


This is an opportunity to join a growing business at a senior level, in it's early stages


What they are looking for:

  • A Technical understanding and the ability to speak with technical teams
  • Experience working as a Salesforce Developer or with Apex, LWC and integrations within your career (5+ years)
  • Be able to translate technical requirements to non-technical people
  • Be able to design solutions both functional and technical based on clients' needs.
  • Have a very strong understanding of the latest Salesforce features and functions
  • Have an excellent understanding of Salesforce best practices and be able to implement this within the business
  • Experience or the ability to mentor, guide and lead teams
  • Experience implementing core Salesforce from the ground up (CPQ, FSL, Marketing Cloud is a bonus)
  • Experience leading/upskilling junior members of the team


This is a very client-facing and hands-on role however the role will change throughout your growth and may require you to wear different hats when needed.


*this role is London based and would require travel to an office 1-2 times a week*
