We are partnered up with a dynamic retail company based in the heart of London They are renowned for their innovative products, exceptional customer service, and a robust online presence. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a talented and experienced Technical Lead to drive their Salesforce initiatives and help them achieve new heights in customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Position Overview:
They are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Tech Lead to oversee the development, implementation, and management of their Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development, and administration, coupled with a deep understanding of industry needs. As the Salesforce Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in transforming their CRM capabilities and ensuring seamless integration with business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions tailored to their retail operations.
- Manage a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure the scalability and reliability of Salesforce applications by following best practices and maintaining high coding standards.
- Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, implementing improvements as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to enhance user adoption and proficiency.
- Manage data integrity and security within the Salesforce environment.
- Provide technical leadership in project planning, including estimating work efforts, defining milestones, and ensuring timely delivery.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce, including at least 2 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or equivalent.
- Proven track record in leading Salesforce projects from conception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Components, and integration tools (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
