As Director of Sales, you will be responsible for driving new business, achieving revenue targets, building and leading the sales team, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize the sales process.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our Sales teams' operations and strategies in the UK. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals.Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to build a high-performing sales organization.Hire, onboard, and train salespeople to maximize productivity and performance.Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through close for both new and existing clients.Analyze sales data, metrics, and activity to identify areas of opportunity and adjustment.Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation, sales enablement, and marketing campaigns.Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and other teams to enhance sales efforts.Maintain and develop relationships with current clients to maximize retention and upsell.Represent the company at industry events, sales meetings, and client visits.
Requirements:
5+ years sales management experience, preferably in corporate IT selling Professional Services and Solutions.Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals.Experience with performance management, coaching, and sales team leadership.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.CRM proficiency and data-driven approach to sales.Knowledge of corporate training programs, learning platforms, and technologies.Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
