The Company:

Leading beauty and fragrance distributor based in Hertfordshire seeks an experienced fragrance consultant to join our growing team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers with enthusiasm, helping guide them through the fragrances and tell the brand stories.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the fragrances, their ingredients, and the brand's heritage to effectively communicate the unique selling points to customers.
  • Stay updated on new product launches and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and upselling techniques.
  • Maintain the visual appeal of the counter, ensuring that products are attractively displayed, and the counter is well-maintained.
  • Actively participate in promotional events and activities to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Keep accurate records of daily sales transactions and customer interactions.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and undergo training sessions provided by the company to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.


Candidate Requirements:

  • An approachable, collaborative and team focused approach
  • Ability to build relationships quickly and create team spirit, with a flair for collaboration.
  • A highly motivated and committed approach, with a can-do attitude.
  • Ideally you will bring with you experience of working in a client facing role.
  • An understanding of how to drive the business and be adaptable to an ever-changing retail environment.
