Post-Completion Assistant – Real Estate Residential


Location: Bank, the City


Hybrid Working Available- 4 days office/ 1 day remote


Are you a detail-oriented and motivated individual with an interest in real estate law? We have an exciting opportunity for a Post-Completion Assistant to join our Real Estate Residential team in Bank in the City. In this role, you will support a busy team of around 10 fee earners, ensuring smooth and efficient post-completion processes, including registering security at the Land Registry and handling Land Registry requisitions.



Key Responsibilities:


- Diarising OS1 and managing key deadlines.

- Preparing and lodging AP1/FR1 applications with the Land Registry, ensuring all documents are accurately completed and attached.

- Handling Land Registry Requisitions promptly and efficiently.

- Keeping an organised system for all post-completion matters.

- Regularly updating lenders, brokers, and clients on the progress of registrations.

- Sending completion of registration documents to clients and lenders.

- Bringing to the attention of the Post-Completion Paralegal any potential risks related to lender panels.

- Assisting with the production of security documents and other tasks as needed.



What We’re Looking For:


- A solid understanding of the conveyancing process.

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong time management and prioritisation skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.



While previous experience in post-completion work is advantageous, we are open to applications from law graduates with a genuine interest in real estate law. Full training will be provided, and there is ample opportunity for career progression for the right candidate.
