Responsibilities shall include but not be limited to;

  • Spearhead the transformation of the Group’s Finance Operations, assessing current structures to identify areas for reorganisation and enhancement.
  • Lead restructuring initiatives as necessary to improve coordination, increase process efficiency, and build operational resilience across all finance operations.
  • Develop a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that finance operations evolve in line with the Group’s strategic objectives and industry best practices.
  • Own and oversee the development and maintenance of the Group’s operational finance control processes, ensuring that all financial controls operate effectively and are designed to mitigate risk across the organisation.
  • Conduct regular reviews of Balance Sheet accounts, ensuring that risks are accurately identified, understood, and managed appropriately.
  • Implement frameworks to monitor, assess, and enhance controls, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the efficient delivery of the Group’s annual compliance processes, acting as a primary point of contact for external auditors, tax advisors, and other compliance stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and prepare audit deliverables, working closely with external auditors to ensure an efficient and effective audit process.
  • Ensure that all compliance activities are completed in a timely manner and that they meet the necessary regulatory standards and organisational policies.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and optimisation of the Group’s NetSuite ERP system, focusing on increased process efficiency.
