About the Bridging Case Manager Role

As a Case Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end loan process, ensuring a seamless experience for clients, brokers, and solicitors. Working closely with underwriters and the wider team, you'll handle complex cases, ensuring compliance with company policies and delivering exceptional service.

Additionally, you'll become the champion of a new system being implemented within the business, taking ownership of its integration and providing training and support to your colleagues. Bridging Case Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end case lifecycle, from application to completion, ensuring deadlines and service standards are met.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, brokers, and solicitors, providing updates and resolving queries promptly.
  • Collaborate with underwriters to ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are satisfied before completion.
  • Oversee the implementation of a new system, becoming a subject matter expert and delivering training to the wider team.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records, ensuring all cases are fully compliant with regulatory and internal policies.

Bridging Case Manager Skills and Experience Required

  • Minimum of 1 years' experience as a Case Manager within a bridging lender.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage a busy caseload.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven, ensuring cases are managed to the highest standard.
  • Confidence in adopting and championing new systems and technologies.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
