The purpose of this role as the In-House Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts across the Camira Group. Your primary focus will be on attracting, sourcing, assessing, and hiring top talent to meet our company's needs. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing recruitment strategies, fostering relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities/Main Duties:


Recruitment Strategy:

  • Working with the Group Director of HR to develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company's goals and hiring needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.


Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:

  • Utilise various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Screen CV’s and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.


Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates to keep them informed of progress.


Collaboration:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and selection decisions.


Employer Branding:

  • Enhance the company's employer brand through effective recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to promote our employer brand.


Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
  • Prepare regular reports and analysis on recruitment activities, identifying areas for improvement.


Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations in the recruitment process.
  • Stay informed about changes in legislation and update recruitment processes accordingly.



Skills/Knowledge/Experience:


  • Proven experience in recruitment in the UK and EMEA, preferably in an in-house capacity.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to recruit across all areas of the business (blue & white colour workers).
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
