German Speaking Recruitment Consultant - Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK

What You'll Do:

  • Source and Attract Candidates: Use various channels to identify and engage potential candidates within the tech sector.
  • Business Development: Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage the Recruitment Process: Oversee the recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to placement.
  • Utilize Your Language Skills: Leverage your German language skills to communicate effectively with German-speaking candidates and clients.


Who You Are:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
  • Driven and Ambitious: A self-starter with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • People-Oriented: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients alike.
  • Previous Experience (Preferred): Some experience in recruitment, sales, or a customer-facing role is a plus, but we welcome entry-level candidates with a passion for the industry
