Hours: Full-time
Salary: £22,500 + Commission (OTE 30K)
Location: Home based Role (UK)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic and ever expanding team.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and contributing to the company's overall growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and markets through research, networking, and cold calling to fill the sales pipeline.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective new clients to understand their needs and assist in providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with the Sales Director and sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth and feedback to the Sales Director and regional sales managers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment in strategy and execution.
-Social Media: enhance brand visibility, create meaningful posts and ultimately drive business growth
Qualifications/Experience:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (typically 2+ years).
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
