Senior Risk and Governance Manager

We are looking for a Senior Risk and Governance Manager to lead and develop the organisation’s approach to risk management and governance. This new and pivotal role will drive a culture of risk awareness, ensure operational resilience, and support effective decision-making at the highest levels.


Reporting to the Deputy Treasurer, you will develop and embed a robust Enterprise Risk Management Framework, collaborating with stakeholders to assess and mitigate risks while fostering a preventative approach. You will ensure business continuity by implementing comprehensive plans that maintain critical operations during disruptions. Additionally, you will support governance excellence by managing key committee operations, advising on best practices, and ensuring policies such as Fraud, Safeguarding, and Whistleblowing remain fit for purpose.
