**Reports To:** Residence/Deputy Manager

**Role Overview:**

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions within the organization, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with labor laws. This role includes managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager must possess a combination of strategic thinking, leadership skills, and the ability to implement HR initiatives effectively.

**Primary Responsibilities / Accountabilities:**

**Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:**

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and manage the hiring process.

- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure the right talent is sourced.

**Employee Relations:**

- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and mediate conflict resolution.

- Foster positive relationships between management and staff to enhance workplace morale.

- Implement strategies to promote employee engagement and satisfaction.

**Performance Management:**

- Design and manage performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.

- Provide guidance to managers on performance management processes and employee development.

- Identify training and development needs based on performance evaluations.

- Manage employee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.

- Conduct salary surveys and analyze market trends to recommend adjustments.

- Educate employees on benefits options and policies.

**Training and Development:**

- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

- Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements as needed.

- Support succession planning and career development initiatives.

**Workplace Culture:**

- Promote a positive workplace culture that aligns with the organization's values.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining HR best practices.

- Address any HR-related issues that may arise, ensuring a fair and equitable work environment.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment.

- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
