Morgan Prestwich is expanding their Reigate, Surrey UK team. We are seeking dedicated New Business Development Recruitment Consultants, to build relationships with clients around the world.

About you – Key Attributes


Primarily – We seek recruitment professionals or talented sales professionals who demonstrate true dedication, passion, drive, and a desire to achieve and exceed at what they do.


  • To enjoy what you do and relish the opportunity to undertake new challenges
  • Building a desk of new clients – Open avenues in multiple market sectors
  • Working in addition to business development on attained resourcing projects – Identifying and engaging with key aligned talent in global markets
  • Proven abilities and credentials in Business Development / Sales or the right business acumen and credentials to work in Life Sciences recruitment
  • Account management capabilities, business retention and growth
  • Prior experience recruiting for the Biotech/Biopharma/Start-Up or Devices and Manufacturing sectors within Pharmaceuticals – Advantageous but not a necessity
  • Positions also open to proven sales professionals with no prior direct recruitment experience


Working closely, collaboratively and in an open, honest, and supportive manner with associated team members.


Open to diversity, new working methods, ideas and markets and prepared to work hard in a fun but diligent and professional environment, in order to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual targets.


A proven track record of building exemplary relationships with new businesses and onward delivery, growth and retention


  • Strong communication skills
  • Relative Microsoft office abilities – WORD/Excel/PowerPoint/TEAMS
  • Familiarity with candidate/client database management systems - Advantageous
  • Use of online resourcing/marketing and business sourcing platforms


Additional Languages – Not essential but highly interested to also engage with those who hold full proficiency in either: German / French / Spanish / Portuguese
