About Us: Insight Education is a leading recruitment agency dedicated to connecting talented teaching and support staff with schools and day nurseries. We pride ourselves on building strong relationships and providing exceptional service to both our clients and candidates.
Role Overview: As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our 360 sales process. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with schools and day nurseries, as well as recruiting and registering high-quality teaching and support staff within your designated area.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture relationships with schools and day nurseries
Visit schools and nurseries to understand their recruitment needs
Source, interview, and register teaching and support staff
Meet and greet prospective candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process
Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish
Meet and exceed sales targets
Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates Working Hours:
Early Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Late Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Flexibility for hybrid working options upon successful completion of probation Requirements:
Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the education sector
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for education
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
