Workonomics are partnering with a well-known, much-loved, multi-product SaaS company.


They're an established, profitable, maturing business, with millions of users globally. They're growing their Engineering, Product, and Design group in London.


They've two key strategic, technical initiatives moving in to 2025:


  1. shaping and hardening their enterprise offering to enable them to onboard big customers with 100k+ users from day one
  2. scaling their core data capabilities by 100x to open bigger commercial partnership opportunities


They're focused on:


  • designing a performant architecture
  • ensuring smooth, real-time communication between all data sources and services
  • building out new tooling and features around: data insights, security, authorisations, integrations, permissions, automations


They're now looking for their first 2x Staff Software Engineers in London.


These are huge roles within the business. They're seeking people with:


  • a track record designing and building complex, cloud-native SaaS platforms
  • confidence developing large-scale infrastructure and distributed systems
  • broad experience as a respected engineering leader, setting technical direction
  • the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • a natural desire to collaborate cross-functionally and craft org-wide relationships
