Job Title: Senior Legal PA

Salary: £48,000 Negotiable

Location: Central London


Commercial law firm in Holborn with an international clientele are seeking an ambitious PA to support the managing partner and wider firm. It is essential you have at least 18 months’ experience as a secretary or PA; experience in a law firm is not necessary but a professional services background preferably. Excellent organisation and communications skills are required.


Expected duties include:

  • Diary management.
  • Travel arrangements.
  • Arranging personal appointments.
  • Input on marketing and BD projects.
  • Client liaison.


Our client is not overly fixated on experience but rather personal qualities such as positivity, flexibility and ambition. This opportunity would suit a secretary or PA who is looking to take on progressively more responsibilities and looking to build a career as an executive assistant. Excellent long-term prospects and potential opportunity to travel.
