About the Role

  • Lead and inspire a team of Sales professionals to consistently exceed ambitious sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including white space analysis and value-based selling techniques.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of top sales talent, ensuring high performance and team success.
  • Drive accurate sales forecasting, maintain CRM integrity, and collaborate with marketing for effective lead generation.


About You

  • Extensive experience in sales leadership within a SaaS environment, with a proven track record of driving and winning new business.
  • Strong ability to develop and refine productivity metrics and KPIs for optimising team performance.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in coaching, mentoring, and managing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and conducting product demonstrations.


The Package

  • Competitive salary of up to £67,000, plus up to £40,000 in commission.
  • Flexible hybrid working model: three days in the Sheffield office, two days from home.
  • Permanent, full-time position with a focus on growth and career development.
