The Role
The Senior Credit Risk Analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing credit risk models and strategies, monitoring and reporting on credit risk exposure, providing analytical support to the business, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to the development of risk management policies and procedures. The role offers a competitive salary, benefits package, and flexible working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Credit Risk Analyst:
- Develop and implement credit risk models and strategies
- Monitor and report on credit risk exposure
- Provide analytical support to the business
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Contribute to the development of risk management policies and procedures
Required knowledge and experience for the Senior Credit Risk Analyst role:
- A degree in a quantitative discipline
- Experience in credit risk modelling and analysis (Must be able to build scorecards from scratch)
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with SAS, SQL or other statistical software
