We are looking for an experienced Junior Technical Manager to work with one of our prestigious vehicle manufacturers. For you to be successful in this position you will be responsible for the below, but not limited to:


Responsibilities:

  • Support the role out of a new Dealer management system – with in the engineering department
  • Set-up the new DMS to the customers’ requirements
  • Liaise directly with head of engineering
  • Support administrators


Requirements:


  • Previous proven experience as a Junior Service Manager
  • Previous proven experience working with a Dealer management system
  • Extensive experience with Dealer management tools
  • MS Suite experienced including Project Management systems
  • Customer management experience
  • Working in a busy fast paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experienced in using reporting tools
  • Good communication skills, teamworking abilities and initiative
  • Adhering to all Company standard operating procedures
  • Adhering to all health and safety procedures in the Workshop
  • Working according to the company quality and housekeeping standards
  • Clean UK/ or equivalent Driving Licence
  • RTW in the UK without restrictions (PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP)
