We are recruiting for a Technical Delivery Manager (Agile) for a leading global provider of telematics and fleet management solutions. Their innovative technology helps businesses of all sizes optimise fleet operations through data-driven insights, fostering a more sustainable and connected future.

As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the delivery of exceptional telematics software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that Agile methodologies are thoroughly implemented. You will focus on removing delivery obstacles, coaching teams, and fostering technical excellence. Your leadership will ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products that enhance the customer experience and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile and Lean processes across product-oriented teams to ensure efficient delivery.
Act as a key communicator between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure teams have the resources they need, removing any impediments to progress.
Oversee Agile ceremonies, ensuring Jira/Kanban tools are effectively utilised.
Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies, continuously driving improvement.
Guide delivery planning in a complex environment, identifying dependencies and coordinating with various departments.
Maintain a focus on technical standards, addressing tech debt, security, performance, and resiliency issues.Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Technical Delivery Manager, Agile Delivery Manager, or Scrum Master.
Proven track record in Agile delivery within a complex business.
Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of building team dynamics and mediating between stakeholders.
Previous experience with telematics or fleet management solutions is a plus.
Familiarity with AWS, Jira, GitLab, Databricks is desirable.Benefits:
