We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Head of Product (B2B) to join an innovative, VC-backed SaaS startup focused on revolutionizing the AI industry. Our client is developing cutting-edge automation tools that ensure the quality and regulatory compliance of AI technologies globally. This role is an opportunity to lead the product journey from inception to market success, setting the foundation for future growth.


As the first product hire, you'll be working hands-on and managing all aspects of the product from its early stages. Your goal will be to drive the product from conception to launch while establishing its fit in the market. You'll also be instrumental in building and scaling the team over time. Experience in the financial sector, especially with targeting and understanding venture capitalists, is essential.


This is a permanent full-time remote role, with occasional monthly meetups in London.


The Head of Product (b2b) will:


  • Drive Product-Market Fit (PMF): Lead the charge in identifying and refining the product-market fit, ensuring that the product resonates with target customers and meets market demands.
  • Take the Product from 0 to 1: Guide the product from initial concept through to a fully developed, market-ready solution, laying the groundwork for future iterations and scaling.
  • Lead discovery processes to identify market opportunities, creating a culture of rapid experimentation and prototyping
  • Align cross-functional teams—product, engineering, marketing, and sales—around a shared vision of customer value
  • Use data-driven insights to refine product decisions and track key metrics that reflect product-market fit and customer satisfaction


The Head of Product (b2b) must have the following experience:


  • Extensive B2B SaaS Experience: 8+ years in product management within the B2B SaaS sector, currently holding a senior product leadership position (Head of Product or Director of Product).
  • Proven Track Record in Startups: Demonstrated success in achieving product-market fit in a SaaS startup environment, with experience taking a product from ideation through to market launch.
  • Financial Sector Insight: Deep understanding of the financial sector, with a particular focus on engaging and understanding the needs of VCs.
  • Technical Acumen: A solid foundation in technology, with the ability to engage with technical teams and understand the product’s technical underpinnings.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (BSc) is required.
