Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Beauty Advisor at Team Spirits in Stansted. As a Beauty Advisor, your day-to-day tasks will include offering cosmetology advice, providing excellent customer service, utilizing in-depth product knowledge, executing retail sales strategies, and promoting skincare products. You will play a vital role in creating a positive and engaging shopping experience for our customers.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in cosmetology and skincare
- Demonstrated understanding of product knowledge and ability to effectively recommend and sell products
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on delivering personalized experiences
- Proven track record in retail sales and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
- Prior experience in the beauty industry is preferred
- Qualification or certification in cosmetology or related field is beneficial
