Are you passionate about working with children and looking for a rewarding opportunity? We are urgently seeking two dedicated Healthcare Assistants with experience in pediatric care for an exciting 3 to 6-month block booking.


Position Details:

  • Role: Healthcare Assistant
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
  • Duration: 3 to 6 months
  • Pay: Weekly

Responsibilities:

  • Activity Delivery: Engage children in various learning, creative, and physical activities tailored to different age groups.
  • Child Supervision: Provide attentive supervision and interact positively with children, offering calm instructions and guidance.
  • Mealtime Assistance: Help children during meal times, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
  • Cleanup: Maintain cleanliness by clearing up activity areas and food spaces.
  • Communication: Report children's achievements and activities to the trained practitioner.
  • Outdoor Supervision: Oversee and participate in outdoor play and activities.
  • Personal Care: Assist with personal hygiene tasks such as handwashing and face cleaning.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage children in various activities.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanour.
