Become a Researcher (m/f/d) for one of our international clients for the development of the second hair business in the UK - freelancer with the prospect of permanent employment and bonuses

YOUR TASKS:

Market research & analysis: You collect and structure relevant data on legal frameworks, tax structures, logistics, property and human resources in the UK.


Project planning & coordination: You will divide the project into smaller work packages and create a detailed timeline. Your analyses and data are the basis for quick decisions.


Customer and market analysis: You analyse the current situation of the hairdressing industry and existing customers in the UK and develop a detailed overview of their needs and the market environment.


Collaboration with partners: You will gather information on existing salons and partners and help to scale and expand the business model


Reporting: You will present your findings to the team and line managers in a clear and structured way so that quick and informed decisions can be made.


WHAT WE OFFER YOU:

Freelancer remuneration with bonuses: you'll receive a fixed salary plus the chance to earn milestone bonuses and commissions directly measured against your achievements - up to GBP1,000 per each of the 6 milestones in your first year

 

Prospect of permanent employment: If you are successful and achieve impressive results, you will have the opportunity to be offered a permanent position after the project is completed

 

International experience: Work on an international project and build a significant brand in the UK market. You will also gain insight into the overall business operations and strategy of a market leader.

 

Full onboarding & training: You will be fully inducted into the business model and receive online training to set you up for success.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU:

Completed Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field.

First experience in market research and/or international business environment, ideally related to the UK market.

A high degree of initiative and a structured way of working.

You have the ability to collect, analyse and present complex data in an understandable way.

You are familiar with MS Office, AI and project management software.

You have a keen interest in the UK economy and culture.

You are willing to travel if project requirements demand it.
