About Us:

Dani Digital is a growing digital marketing agency specialising in organic social media management for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. We’re all about helping brands shine and scale through creative, results-driven strategies. We’re expanding our team and looking for a personable and organised Account Manager to be the bridge between us and our clients.


What You'll Do:

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their social media goals are met and their experience with us is seamless. Here’s a snapshot of your responsibilities:

  • Develop Account Strategy: Craft and oversee tailored social media strategies to drive client success.
  • Client Communication & Satisfaction: Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their needs are heard, met, and exceeded.
  • Client Reporting & Audits: Provide regular performance reports and conduct in-depth audits to optimise social media channels.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Welcome new clients with a smooth onboarding process and manage professional transitions when wrapping up accounts.
  • Catch-up & Brainstorming Calls: Regularly check in, share progress, and collaborate on fresh ideas.
  • Discovery Calls: Lead client calls, and assist with new client discovery.


Who You Are:

  • Friendly and approachable, with excellent communication skills.
  • Strategic and organised, able to juggle tasks with ease.
  • Experienced in social media marketing, with a strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Client-focused, dedicated to delivering exceptional results.
