The Head of Marketing Project Management is responsible for the leadership and stewardship of the marketing Project Management. This role covers both Valeo-owned brands and retailer-owned brands across all Valeo Foods UK brands. This role is mostly internally focused and highly connected with all functions, all category groups. The role is combining process management with business management focusing on driving the right outcomes for the company.


  • Outstanding governance of the flow of projects through the CMP
  • Management of inter-depencies, resource and critical path management
  • Leadership and stewardship of the process rules
  • Capacity to interact with all functions with leadership, empathy, expertise and capacity to say no
  • Excellent capacity to build and train a “Valeo Way”
  • Create new governance frameworks (brand plans, innovation process, sales releases, connection points with functions)
  • Chairing of the Operational Gate meeting and of the Executive Gate meeting
  • Excellent reporting: monthly and quarterly reviews
  • Strong stakeholder management at executive level
  • Compliance and risk management: monitor compliance, run audits, risk logs
