The Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant at Morgan Ryder, you will work in a non-sales focused role, where the emphasis is on building relationships and providing an exceptional service to both clients and candidates. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates within the manufacturing and engineering sectors, working with an established client base that values your expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with clients to understand their recruitment needs in the manufacturing and engineering sectors.
  • Source, interview, and place high-quality candidates into a variety of roles.
  • Provide ongoing support and career advice to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Manage candidate and client records, ensuring databases are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure the delivery of high-quality recruitment services.

About You:

We are looking for a dedicated Recruitment Consultant with prior experience in recruitment (ideally within the manufacturing or engineering sectors, but not essential). You should have a passion for building relationships and delivering top-notch service, and be motivated by helping candidates find the right roles.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven recruitment experience, ideally within a professional recruitment environment.
  • Knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude.
