Experience Requirements:

  • Successfully executed at least two end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Demonstrated strong proficiency in the Project Management and Accounting modules within D365 F&O.


Technical Expertise:

  • Extensive experience and comprehensive knowledge across all finance-related modules in D365 F&O, such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit and Collections, General Ledger, Budgeting, and Fixed Assets.
  • Skilled in utilizing Finance Reporting Tools, including Financial Reporting and Electronic Reporting.


Business Insight:

  • Deep understanding of business processes and operational practices.
  • Capable of guiding business users in defining their needs and creating detailed Functional Design Documents (FDDs).


Collaboration and Support:

  • Work closely with D365 F&O Technical teams to facilitate customizations.
  • Perform meticulous testing of system enhancements to ensure they meet customer expectations and function correctly.
  • Offer usability guidance and develop reference materials to assist end-users.


Training and Go-Live Assistance:

  • Conduct thorough training sessions for both internal teams and external clients.
  • Provide direct support to customers during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Go-Live, and hypercare periods.


Project Participation:

  • Actively engage in testing, rolling out, and supporting D365 F&O customizations as a key member of the Project Team.


Additional Skills:

  • Experience in Supply Chain Management is an advantageous asset.
