Swi-Tch are currently engaged with a market leading client who are in the market for a Dynamics SCM contract on an initial 6 month contract.


Our client is a retail company, that offers an extensive range of specialist products, equipment and support services across specialist retail markets in the UK and ROI.

They are currently undergoing a digital transformation to increase their digital offering and improve business operations effectiveness.

As a part of the transformation programme, the candidate will be joining the team responsible for implementation of Dynamics D365 ERP for a Belgium-based subsidiary.


Requirements:

  • Upper-intermediate or Fluent in French
  • 5+ years of experience as a Dynamics Functional Consultant, with good expertise in Supply Chain Management
  • Experience with end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 including business process design, requirements documentation, planning, configuring, customizing, and deploying
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements to D365 Developers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills


Сertifications:

  • Required: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate
  • Would be a plus: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Expert


Nice to have:

  • Experience working in an Agile environment


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and fit/gap assessments to understand clients' business needs and assess how Dynamics 365 Supply Chain can meet those needs.
  • Lead and participate in design workshops, solution design, testing, and deployment.
  • Configure Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management to meet client requirements.
  • Prepare functional documentation and conduct training sessions for clients and project team members.
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
