As we expand our global presence, we are looking for a proactive and hardworking intern in London to join our team.

Internship Overview

This is a hybrid internship, offering flexibility to work both remotely and from our London office at St James's Street. The role will provide diverse and challenging tasks, ranging from research and correspondence to operational and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

This role will encompass a wide variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Collecting, organising, and maintaining critical data for clients, partners, and projects.
  • Ensuring all information is accurate and well-structured for easy access.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in investment sectors.
  • Preparing summaries and presentations based on research findings.
  • Reaching out to potential clients, collaborators, and partners.
  • Drafting professional emails, reports, and other written communications.
  • Assisting in the organization of meetings, including scheduling and preparing documentation.
  • Supporting internal and external operational processes.
  • Providing support for various ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Being available to assist team members with tasks that arise during the course of work.
Requirements
  • Education: Current student or recent graduate in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Work Style:
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take ownership of tasks.
