We are recruiting a VP Sales in Europe to lead the EMEA business. As VP Sales, you will have full commercial responsibility for both direct and indirect sales channels across EMEA.

Duties:

  • Develop and execute EMEA sales strategies and enhance sales teams' performance
  • Create and implement annual sales plans
  • Identify growth opportunities in new markets and products
  • Achieve targets set by leadership
  • Monitor market share and competitor performance
  • Support sales, marketing, and growth initiatives
  • Participate in industry events (conferences/tradeshows)


Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in commercial leadership in medtech
  • Extensive experience selling medical devices used in coronary and peripheral intervention
  • Strong network of interventional cardiologists and vascular surgeons in Europe
  • Proven track record of sales success within this field
  • Fluency in English, written and verbal
  • Willingness to travel
