CM Medical is supporting a well-established medical device manufacturer that specializes in cardiovascular.
We are recruiting a VP Sales in Europe to lead the EMEA business. As VP Sales, you will have full commercial responsibility for both direct and indirect sales channels across EMEA.
We're open to candidates based anywhere in Europe.
Duties:
- Develop and execute EMEA sales strategies and enhance sales teams' performance
- Create and implement annual sales plans
- Identify growth opportunities in new markets and products
- Achieve targets set by leadership
- Monitor market share and competitor performance
- Support sales, marketing, and growth initiatives
- Participate in industry events (conferences/tradeshows)
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in commercial leadership in medtech
- Extensive experience selling medical devices used in coronary and peripheral intervention
- Strong network of interventional cardiologists and vascular surgeons in Europe
- Proven track record of sales success within this field
- Fluency in English, written and verbal
- Willingness to travel
