Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced web3 Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in growth hacking, digital marketing, and a thorough understanding of blockchain technology and the Web3 landscape. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving growth and innovation in the blockchain industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with communities across various channels (Telegram, Discord & Reddit). Build and nurture strong relationships with key thought-leaders in web3 communities.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling content to engage and grow community members on Telegram, Discord & Reddit.
  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute strategies to promote our Telegram channel through various client engagements, social media platforms, and newsletters. Actively participate in relevant community groups (alpha mainly) to promote Luna PR’s events and increase overall brand visibility.
  • AMA and Twitter Space Sessions: Organize, manage, promote and host an AMA or Twitter Spaces every week for Luna PR.
  • Event Promotion: Coordinate and manage promotional activities, including giveaways and event sponsorships, to drive engagement and attendance.
  • Content Enrichment & Research: Consolidate excerpts from relevant research into our content to provide valuable and research-driven insights to our followers and community members.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with other departments, including social media and influencer marketing teams, to gain the latest updates and insights. This role will require you to be proactive in communicating and collaborating with the internal teams and departments.
  • Growth Strategy Development: Design and implement innovative growth hacking strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for Luna PR’s channels and for our clients. You will be required to meet growth KPIs and ensure all efforts are aligned to achieve them.
  • Client Initiatives: Ensure growth on client’s community channels, and work closely with account teams and moderators to align strategies and deliver results and growth.
  • Growth Tools: Leverage growth tools to engage with communities and continuously research and discover third-party tools that enhance client growth. Identify AI tools that can automate processes.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, memes, announcements, news, and best community practices in web3.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and drive growth.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in growth hacking, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Proactivity: Highly proactive, confident and driven to achieve set KPIs, with a strong focus on ensuring growth as a primary objective.
  • Web3 Knowledge: Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and web3. Must be a part of alpha groups and build and nurture strong relationships with key thought-leaders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in web3 growth tools, with the ability to stay on top of identifying the latest tools to use.
  • Creativity: Innovative thinker with a knack for coming up with unique solutions to complex problems.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
