Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Web3 Community Manager to lead and grow our decentralized community. As a Web3 Community Manager, you will be the bridge between the project and its audience, fostering engagement, building trust, and driving conversations around blockchain, cryptocurrency, and decentralized technologies. Your role will involve creating a vibrant and engaged community across multiple channels while contributing to the adoption of our Web3 initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Community Building: Grow and nurture a thriving online community across platforms like Discord, Telegram, Twitter, Reddit, and others.
  • Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions, answer questions, and keep the community informed about updates, news, and developments.
  • Content Strategy: Create and share engaging content tailored to the Web3 audience, including AMAs, educational posts, and event announcements.
  • Feedback Collection: Act as the voice of the community, gathering feedback and insights to share with the product and development teams.
  • Event Management: Organize virtual and in-person events such as webinars, meetups, and hackathons to strengthen community bonds.
  • Collaboration: Partner with influencers, developers, and stakeholders in the Web3 ecosystem to drive awareness and collaboration.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track community growth, engagement, and sentiment using analytics tools, providing insights and reports to guide strategy.
  • Crisis Management: Address community concerns promptly and effectively during challenging situations, maintaining a positive brand image.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields. A background in blockchain or Web3 is a plus.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in community management, preferably in the blockchain or tech industry.
  • Skills:
  • Deep understanding of Web3, blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized platforms.
  • Proficiency in managing community platforms like Discord, Telegram, and Twitter.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of smart contracts, DAOs, and NFT ecosystems is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or community management platforms.
