Programme Manager – Adventure Education and Sport

We have an excellent opportunity for a Programme Manager to join our team on a permanent, full time basis to drive forward the development of our L2 & L3 Adventure Education provision at College.
To deliver highly effective teaching, learning and assessment in Adventure and Sport topics to students studying at level 2 and 3 and support students to maximise their potential. Students will primarily be 16-19 age range and be developing practical skills and underpinning theoretical knowledge for a career in the Adventure and Sport industry. With the opportunity for regular trips to our bunkhouse in Snowdonia National Park, ski trips, white water rafting and other international options, the possibilities to develop the division are huge
For the role, candidates should have a degree or equivalent in outdoor education as well as a relevant teaching qualification, or the willingness to gain a teaching qualification in role. With high levels of recent industry experience, you will also demonstrate your ability to build relationships with external local partners and clients to create the best opportunities for our students. If you believe you can inspire young people to experience the world of adventure education and sport, then this role could be for you.
