My client, a leading pension consultancy, currently seek a highly experienced Senior Pension Technical Lead (defined benefit) to join their friendly team - the role will involve:


  • Supporting technical administration teams with more complex cases
  • Providing technical advice and support regarding pension enquiries
  • Supporting the management team
  • Identifying issues with processes such as calculations
  • Identify any areas of concern such as scheme knowledge, complaints, errors and efficiencies
  • Work with colleagues across the administration function regarding scheme changes, legislation change, projects and new clients / scheme implementation

Applicants must possess significant Defined Benefit experience including cradle to grave calculations (leavers, retirements, transfers, statements, scheme returns etc) and in-depth legislation knowledge. The role may suit an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator who prefers the technical side of pensions or possibly a manager who may want to take a step back from a leadership role.
