The Job:

Job Title: People Operations Partner, 12-month FTC

Location: City of London

Salary: Up to £58,000 FTE, DoE

What would I be doing day to day?


Key duties:

  • Supporting the full onboarding and offboarding process including all paperwork, screening processes and updating the relevant systems
  • Acting as the lynchpin, communicating expertly with the team, keeping them on track and providing accurate hand offs
  • Creating in-depth reports and dashboards from various data sources
  • Accurately maintaining all employee records, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Acting as the first point of contact within the People inbox, redirecting queries where necessary
  • Supporting during crucial cyclical processes including annual bonus and salary reviews, utilising advanced Excel knowledge and mail merges
  • Administering engagement surveys, then analysing and presenting the data to the wider team
  • Working with the Payroll and Benefits partner to ensure all records and documents are in place
  • Administering the LMS system, providing reference requests and any other ad hoc tasks


What is the company looking for?

  • Minimum 4+ years' experience in a People Operations role
  • Confident analysing and manipulating data to provide insights
  • Confident user of Excel at an advanced level
  • Experience within a financial or professional services environment
  • System savvy, experience with ADP beneficial
  • Prior experience of supporting payroll
