Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a talented and energetic Digital Marketing Executive to join our rapidly growing SaaS startup as the second member of our Marketing team. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing and executing various digital marketing activities and supporting the Marketing Manager across other activities and channels such as events. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on managing paid advertising campaigns, email marketing, and using marketing automation tools. Due to the nature of a growing startup, the ideal candidate must also be prepared to take on a wide range of marketing tasks outside of the digital sphere.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising Management
- Manage and optimise Google, LinkedIn and Meta paid ads campaigns.
- Monitor ad performance, analyse data, and adjust strategies to maximise ROI.
- Develop and implement PPC strategies to increase traffic and conversions.
Email Marketing
- Create, manage, and optimise email marketing campaigns.
- Segment email lists, develop email templates, and track performance metrics.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Assist in the development and execution of digital campaigns for account-based marketing.
- Collaborate with the sales team to target specific accounts and personalise campaigns.
Social Media and Content Creation
- Plan and deliver organic social media content, using Canva to create visually appealing graphics.
- Support the Marketing Manager in developing engaging content for email campaigns, social media, and landing pages.
Website and Landing Pages
- Design and manage landing pages to support marketing campaigns.
- Suggest landing page optimisations for SEO and user experience.
Marketing Automation:
- Use HubSpot for marketing automation, lead management, and reporting.
- Set up and manage workflows, digital campaigns, and performance tracking.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Set up and manage UTM parameters for tracking and analysis in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other digital marketing platforms.
Marketing and Comms:
- Supporting the Marketing Manager in a wide range of general marketing tasks, including event management, market research etc.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proven experience in managing Google paid ads and LinkedIn paid ads campaigns.
- Proficiency in Canva for content creation and design.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and execution.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.
- Experience in Google AdWords, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
