Endur CTRM Technologist – Commodity Trading Firm

(Compensation: Up to £200,000 Total Compensation)


I’m working for a leading commodity trading firm.


They’re highly regarded as one of the largest contributors to technology and always at the forefront of innovation. Trading across a diverse range of markets and have been committed to driving excellence, agility, and sustainability across their technology landscape. As the business grows, so does the need to find exceptional CTRM domain – specialists.


The Role:


Currently looking for an experienced Endur CTRM Technologist to enhance and optimize the best-in-class trading systems. You will be working closely with traders, analysts, and other technologists to ensure the Endur implementation aligns with business needs and delivers robust, scalable, and innovative solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Customize and configure Endur to support trading, risk management, and operations.
  • Develop and maintain scripts, plugins, and workflows within the Endur platform.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve issues and ensure system reliability.
  • Optimize system performance and enhance integration with other platforms and tools.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with OpenLink Endur, particularly in a commodity trading environment.
  • Strong understanding of commodity markets (e.g., energy, metals, agri-products) and their associated workflows.
  • Proficiency in JVS.
  • Solid knowledge of C#/.NET, or Python is ideal.
  • Familiarity with CTRM landscapes and emerging technologies in the space.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
