As the Global Head of Physical Security, you will hold a pivotal role in shaping and leading the strategic direction for physical security across all our global operations, divided across more than 30 locations. This position demands a seasoned professional with an extensive background in managing complex security landscapes at an enterprise level. You will work closely with Vice-Presidents, Senior Vice-Presidents and C-level executives to develop and implement comprehensive physical security strategies that align with our corporate objectives, ensuring the safety and security of our assets, employees, and operations worldwide.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of global physical security initiatives to protect the company's assets, employees, and operations.
  • Direct the design, operation, and enhancement of advanced physical security systems, including state-of-the-art surveillance, access control systems, and executive protection measures.
  • Spearheaded the integration of physical security with cyber security measures to address all aspects of enterprise risk.
  • Engage with senior executives and key stakeholders to align physical security strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the global physical security team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop sophisticated crisis management and emergency response strategies.
  • Champion the development and enforcement of global security policies and standards, ensuring compliance with international regulations and best practices.
  • Lead global security initiatives, including the coordination of security efforts across different regions to ensure a cohesive and unified security posture.
  • Design and implement executive protection programs and manage fraud investigations
  • Develop and mentor physical security champions within offices across the globe, promoting professional development and excellence in physical security management.


Mandatory Requirements:

  • Executive-level exposure in corporate physical security management, with a proven track record of leading global physical security operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution of complex physical security strategies at an enterprise level.
  • Experience with integrating physical and cyber security strategies to create a comprehensive security framework.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence C-Level executives and build consensus across diverse teams.
  • Documented experience in people and project management on a global scale.


Desirable Skills:

  • Strong track record in managing high-profile projects and crisis situations with discretion and professionalism.
  • Bachelor's degree in Security, Criminology, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CPP (Certified Protection Professional) or PSP (Physical Security Professional) are highly regarded.
  • This senior position requires a dynamic and visionary leader who can elevate our physical security capabilities to protect our global enterprise effectively.
  • Your strategic acumen, combined with your experience in managing complex security infrastructures, will ensure our organization remains at the forefront of safety and security practices.
