Venue Finding Executive 📍 London (central) 💰 £32,000 – £35,000 + Bonus (depending on experience)We are recruiting a Venue Finding Executive with excellent knowledge of the London venue and events market. You will primarily be responsible for sourcing venues, managing client enquiries, and building strong relationships with venues and suppliers. You’ll work across a variety of exciting corporate events, from meetings and conferences to product launches and away days.Key Responsibilities:Respond to client briefs and source suitable venues across the cityNegotiate rates and contracts with venues and suppliersPrepare detailed venue proposals and client presentationsManage bookings from enquiry to confirmationMaintain excellent product knowledge and supplier relationshipsAbout You:1–2 years’ experience in venue finding, events, or hospitality (agency experience a plus)Excellent communication and organisational skillsStrong attention to detail and a can-do attitudeConfident using Microsoft Office and CRM systemsIf you’re a motivated event professional ready to take the next step, we’d love to hear from you👉 Apply now with your CVWe are proud to be an equal opportunities employer.
