Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the CEO in managing and maintaining an effective diary system.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for calls and managing emails and phone inquiries.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation across the group.
  • Providing general administrative support to all divisions
  • Meeting and greeting office visitors
  • Working as part of the wider Business Support Team, engaging and supporting other administrators across the business as required


About you:

  • You will have worked in a similar role and ideally within an accountancy or financial services company before.
  • You will be highly organised with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • You will have excellent attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate documentation and file documents appropriately
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are important in this role
