Commercial Contracts Manager - £65k - £72k+ £6.5k Car Allowance + 20% Bonus
Flexible working with office visits to London twice a week, this role will suit someone with experience dealing with contract management of complex contracts in-life.
A chance to work with a market leader within the outsourcing and energy sector in their strong UK business where you will get involved on a portfolio of varied contracts and accounts. This will primarily be focused on supplier facing contracts.
The role:
- Act as a trusted commercial adviser providing comprehensive commercial guidance to the deal leadership team.
- Handle large scale supplier contracts in-life and handle the full life cycle.
- Identify the risks, liabilities and commitments of contractual agreements; ensure these are clearly understood and that the business fully appreciates any potential impact.
- Ensure the contracts in place continue to provide excellent quality and value.
The Person:
- Strong contract management experience.
- Successful track record of strong stakeholder management and problem solving.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic, intense, performance-driven culture. Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
- Delivers clear, easy to understand messages; compelling to listen to and able to inspire confidence.
NB - This is not a sales or procurement role; you will need to demonstrate excellent commercial/legal and contract management skills in the interview process.
