Digital Marketing Executive


Location: Hybrid (3 days in office, including Wednesdays)


Our client, a leading firm in the professional services industry, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team. This role will report directly to Digital Marketing Manager and focuses on website management, SEO strategy, and CRM systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Management: Oversee and maintain the firm's WordPress CMS.
  • SEO Strategy: Implement SEO strategies and manage relationships with external agencies.
  • CRM Management: Drive engagement through the CRM system (InterAction knowledge is a bonus, but not essential).
  • Content Creation & Management: Develop and manage digital content across platforms.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance using Google Analytics, providing actionable insights.


Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress CMS and SEO strategies.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of CRM concepts (Interaction system knowledge is a plus).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a proactive approach to communication.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Audition, Illustrator) and paid social campaigns is a plus.
