Sales and Off Plan Consultant – Dubai based - COMMISION BASED

With a focus on long term client relationships and outstanding customer service, we support our agents through strong management, administration, and marketing teams – ensuring they have the insights, leads, and opportunities to succeed in their role.


We’ve witnessed many success stories from London agents – like one of our Off Plan & Investments Sales Managers who moved to Dubai from London and became one of the company’s top performers. Today, he runs his own team of property experts and successfully supports clients with lucrative investments.


There's great potential to thrive through consistency and determination. After excelling as a Sales or Off Plan Consultant, you may progress to a management position as you continue to grow your career.


Role requirements:


  • · Daily calls to potential landlords and sellers
  • · Conduct market appraisals for listings
  • · List properties on our CRM system Reapit
  • · Qualify clients and arrange viewings
  • · Acting as a negotiator and find suitable outcomes for both parties
  • · Maintain regular contact with clients and build a strong relationship based on trust and transparency
  • · Keep record of properties, clients, and owners


What you will need:

  • · Demonstrated success in UK real estate
  • · A genuine passion for real estate and a willingness to expand your knowledge.
  • · Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • · Self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
  • · A collaborative, proactive, and energetic approach.
