As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for the following:


Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to strengthen our market presence.


Team Building:

  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Foster a collaborative and empowering work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.


Customer Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and responsiveness.


Market Analysis:

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Utilize market insights to make informed decisions and adapt strategies accordingly.


Financial Management:

  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Implement cost-effective measures without compromising product quality.


The successful candidate will:


  • Have proven experience as a Sales Manager/Head of Sales in the food industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on results and growth.
