We have partnered with our client, a prestigious boutique public international law firm in the heart of London’s West End, who are now looking for a highly organised, friendly and efficient Legal PA/Office Administrator. This is an exciting and varied role that would suit a PA who enjoys getting involved in a wide range of tasks and being a pivotal part of the day to day running of the firm.


The successful PA will be joining a welcoming and supportive environment with lots of scope for progression. A highly competitive salary with a discretionary bonus offered, alongside a generous benefits package, 25 days’ holiday and 1 day a week working from home


Key responsibilities:

  • Diary management
  • Arranging meetings, conference calls and video conferences
  • Making travel arrangements and creating itineraries
  • Formatting documents and preparing binders
  • Welcoming clients and organising client events, firm events and meetings
  • Time recording
  • Acting as one of the firm’s first aiders/ fire wardens (training provided)
  • Assisting in the firm’s recruitment and appraisal processes
  • General and ad hoc office support responsibilities such as looking after the office environment, organising gifts for employees, keeping the firm contact details up to date, recording annual leave requests, liaising with IT support where necessary, replenishing stock and keeping the firm’s website and LinkedIn page up to date


About you:

  • Previous experience as a Legal Administrator/ Secretary/PA
  • A levels and grade 6/B or above in GCSE (or equivalent) English & Maths ideally
  • Proactive, adaptable and highly organised Strong IT skills - Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Cheerful, friendly and calm under pressure
  • High-quality verbal and written communication skills
