We’re looking for a motivated Project Manager to help manage planning, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns for our key clients. We’re a growing company working at the cutting-edge of various digital visualisation technologies in a fast-moving market. You’ll work with all areas of the company delivering across various channels to drive brand awareness, engagement and conversions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of marketing principles.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the creative team to develop and implement comprehensive campaign strategies that align with business goals and target audience.
  • Oversee and manage the execution of marketing campaigns to time, scope, quality and budget.
  • Assemble and lead project teams in the planning and execution of campaigns.
  • Identify and mitigate risks through each campaign lifecycle.
  • Implement effective change management to handle scope changes.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights/reports at various levels and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Use company systems to capture required data during the campaign lifecycle.
  • Follow and support the continuous improvement of our processes.
  • Create and maintain project and process documentation.
  • Support the Business Development Team in producing quotations.


Skills and Requirements

  • Proven experience in campaign management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong team management and collaboration skills.
  • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail, multi-tasking and risk management.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (and Microsoft 365).
  • A willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changes.
  • Ability to write reports.


Nice to have

  • Experience managing and delivering digital solution projects.
  • Experience using digital project management tools.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (and Microsoft 365).
  • Qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related field.
