If you're passionate about fostering a strong risk culture and want to have a meaningful impact on decision-making at the highest levels of the organisation, this could be the perfect opportunity for you
What will you do?
As an Enterprise Risk Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing DaVita’s risk management framework. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure that risk is embedded into all aspects of decision-making.
- Monitoring risks, controls, and key risk indicators, while providing second-line assurance and challenge on root causes and remediation of risk events.
- Leading the identification of trends and themes from risk events and supporting risk assessment activities at both international and country levels.
- Assisting the Head of Risk with the delivery of key functional priorities, including governance and oversight of first-line operations.
- Supporting the preparation and facilitation of the quarterly Risk Management Committee, ensuring all reporting deadlines are met.
- Conducting risk management training sessions and ensuring operations are aligned with DaVita's risk appetite.
- Performing control testing and root cause analysis to improve our risk response and mitigation efforts.
- Monitoring regulatory developments and assessing their impact on the business in collaboration with the Head of Risk.
- Acting as a trusted advisor on risk-related matters to senior executives, including the International President and CEO.
What will you need?
We are looking for an Enterprise Risk Analyst who brings a blend of strong qualifications, technical expertise, and interpersonal skills:
- 2+ years of experience in Risk Management or Audit, ideally within a global or multi-location organisation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills—able to synthesise complex information and convey it to senior management with clarity and impact.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to structure ambiguous problems, generate and test hypotheses, and develop creative solutions.
- Proven ability to build trust-based relationships and work effectively across business functions, diverse teams, and multi-location stakeholders.
- Strong planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills to juggle competing workstreams and follow up effectively on multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
- A proactive, innovative approach to problem-solving, with attention to detail and the ability to think independently.
- An innovation mindset—able to approach problems from multiple perspectives and generate creative, forward-thinking solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation, actively listen, and engage across teams.
When you join the Village, you can expect:
- A competitive market rate salary
- 6% Employer pension contributions
- Private Medical Insurance & Dental Cover
- 25 days holiday (33 including bank holidays)
- A comprehensive benefit package including Life Assurance, Income Protection & Employee Assistance Programme
- Performance-based rewards based on stellar individual and team contributions
- A "community first, company second" culture based on Core Values that really matter
- An exciting, collaborative and driven multinational environment
- Dedication, above all, to caring for patients suffering from chronic kidney disease
