Head of Marketing

Salary: Up to £130K Base + Bonus & Life-changing equity
Location: London, UK (hybrid - 3 days in office)

Who You Are:
- You're a B2B SaaS marketer with ideally 5+ years of experience in the space.
- You have a broad skill set across Marketing (expert in Brand and Communications Marketing).
- You've been on the journey at a SaaS startup with less than $20M ARR and taken to hypergrowth (e.g. Series A-C or beyond). This will be backed by a history of long tenure in previous roles.
- You will be revenue-focussed and have a proven track record of partnering with SaaS sales teams to drive revenue growth.
- You're a player-coach that's built a Marketing team, but still loves to be hands-on and leading from the front - showing people how it's done.
- A Product Marketing background is a bonus.
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to join in an impactful role and start with a blank page – no heritage, and minimal systems in place. You’ll have complete autonomy to build and lead a high-performing marketing team from scratch. With a dedicated budget from day one, you’ll recruit and develop your team of Content Creators, Growth, Performance, and Social/Field Marketers. In your day to day, you’ll create sales enablement collateral that drives sales productivity, and curate compelling messages that stands out in the market. Success will be measured with metrics such as SQLs and numbers of opportunities / meetings delivered to BDRs.
